From a meticulous functional study of each user, our trainers design a program to size, supervised and adapted daily to their present needs. This functional study is repeated periodically with the purpose of to value the evolution of the user and power thus to be readapting continuously the initial program.
We use the physical exercise as means to improve the quality of life of the people, suffer or not some pathology, which demands to us to specialize to us and to be updating to us of constant way.
A correct program of training is much more that to realise a battery of exercises. Our personal trainers adapt each session to the objectives and the needs of the client derived from their corporal structure, and they order them strategically respecting the principles of the sport training: planning, adaptation and continuous evaluation. And all this on a daily basis, allowing the specialist to optimize the use of resources and strategies that make possible the supervision and adaptation of the training process, when present being during all its phases.
